Some common themes in the many replies I received were: 1. Frustration with the amount of information being thrown at them on a daily basis. 2. Not being able to fit everything into the (very) limited 24 hour days. (Job, school, family, and Internet business) 3. Lack of focus required to stay dedicated to one project at a time to be able to actually finish even ONE project. I was definitely not surprised by this because too many of us (yes, myself included!) seem to spread ourselves way too thin in our daily lives. For a time I juggled a full-time job that demanded 50- 60 hours a week, a part-time job as an instructor, my family (wife and 4 children,) and the remaining time trying to start an Internet business! People seem to think that because now I'm full-time on the Internet, that I don't know what it's like to have to try and fit 50 different things into each day. Wrong! Not only have I been there, but I find that the more successful I get, the LESS time I have to try and get everything done. So, I decided to spend some time trying to figure out what I needed most. What I found was that my biggest problem was: Lack of organization. Well, everybody knows you should organize things, like your desk, work area, and even your house. It's even easy to say that you need to make a plan... but how exactly to you do that? These two guys know how to get organized. What I found to be most helpful for me were the tips on prioritizing. Basically you need to look at EVERY thing in your life and your business and prioritize them. Once you do that you force yourself to spend the majority of your time on those tasks... and quickly start seeing massive results!
